Blackbookscafe.com presents a Baltimore talent that was moving up the latter in the 90's as

 a producer.  Mr. Charles Dockins is producing again and back on the scene.  He has worked with many

vocalists as well as remixes for internationally known artists.  One of his biggest hits was "Wake Up" with singer James Howard.  He also produced a very popular hit on Shelter Records with Lynette Smith called "Only You".
