First of all let me just thank my BBC and Underground House music family. You guys are always so supportive. A couple of weeks ago 13 plus Balto heads traveled to nyc to support BBC resident dj Karizma. This past Friday(2/27) House heads did the same for BBC resident dj Derrick as he opened up with a lovely set @ the DC Sanctuary for dj Oji and his "Spiritual Journey" party. We would like to thank and acknowledge all the Bmore heads in the House as well as some of the dc heads that came out to support the Sanctuary as well. Big thank you's go out to all who traveled with us or met us at the Sanctuary......David Gilliam(ICB), April(Gilliam-LOL), David Greenwood(aka Esteban-ICB), DJ Chuck of Baltimore's handzonradio.com, Evelyn Byrd & DJ Sahib of Echobravo.com-thanks for the cd, Kisha(Supa dancer), Willy aka "Will Power", DJ Karizma(bbc & Kohesive), Tina, Erica, Buddah, Ernest, dj Mark Multrie, Donna(support ya' man girl!!-lol)....I hope you guys enjoyed the BBC tshirts or the Soul Fiesta preview cd's from dj Derrick. The BBC would also like to give special thanks and shouts to Dorian, Oji, & Shadrach(Sanctuary), Stevie G(super talent), Kara, Juana(dj Birdhouse), Ayo(thanks for the batteries--bbc owes you), John Palmer, Darrow, Erica of VA, Kevin(ICB), and everybody else who came out to support the Sanctuary. Also to Kelli, Tradawn, & Lindell--we know you tried to make it and were there in spirit.

Next stop on the BBC underground tour is the "BBC Invasion" of the Spy Club on Saturday March 13th 10pm-2am with DJ Karizma on the wheels of steel. This will not be an ordinary Lounge on this night. $5 to enter and free cd's to those who provide the "Inside the underground is where you'll find me" phrase at the door. This party will be followed up by our signature "Soul Fiesta" party at the Urban Blends coffehouse in Randallstown on March 20th. These are the weeks following the return from the Winter Music Conference so you know dj's are going to be hyped up.....be there!!!

The BBC would also give one more special acknowledgement to the members of the ICB. They support all the parties. We've seen them go to Philly & Jersey with dj Pope, NYC with DJ Karizma, DC to countless parties, and all over Baltimore. The smiles on a lot of the unsuspecting faces at a recent visit to club Anzu(dj's Stevie G & Adrian) in DC was testament to the added energy that can bring joy to a party.
